Over 5,000 eye surgeons and primary eyecare doctors have joined the CoFi platform in just 3 years — and we are only getting started. We are building a talented team that can fuel our growth in eye care and throughout the elective medical market. We’re hiring an Account Executive to play an essential role in customer acquisition, adoption, and overall provider satisfaction. Please note, we are headquartered in MetroWest Boston, but this role can be remote. PST candidates strongly preferred. Three Reasons to Apply: 1. About The Role: The AE will be responsible for driving the onboarding of merchant accounts amongst partners of CoFi’s core customers. This includes but is not limited to: - Product demos and sales presentations to doctors and administrators of medical practices and facilities that need to be recruited and onboarded to the CoFi platform. - Account management of surgical practice customers as it relates to this onboarding effort. - Rapid uptake on the CoFi product, processes, markets served, and customer dynamics. - Managing pipeline data and details, and reports. - Helping to establishing and improving processes for rapidly onboarding these partners, and contributing ideas and recommending improvements to the product. The Ideal Candidate: - Has sales, account executive, or partner or customer management experience - Has experience demonstrating software remotely (e.g., via Zoom) - Is driven by goal attainment - Is oriented toward structure, process development, and details - Possesses self-motivation and drive, yet thrives in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts - Is excited to work in a start-up environment Requirements - 2 years of experience in sales, account executive or partner/customer management roles. - Bachelor’s Degree or higher. - Communication Skills: You proactively communicate plans, delays, concerns, and successes to the team. You ask questions and constructively raise issues. You abhor information silos. - Preferred / Not Required: Experience in B2B or SAAS sales, and/or experience selling to or interfacing with physicians and their staffs in an elective medical environment. - Required: A positive orientation toward work and task execution.
